Man could I use some sleep!! I have been exhausted ALL day today!! Thankfully, I have had another pretty good day. I guess the meds are working! YES!!
On to my next hypochodriac moment... The med the doctor put me on for nausea (Reglan/Metoclopramide) is ALL over the news for having a bad side effect called Tardive Dyskinesia...basically a fancy word for uncontrolled body movements. It isn't a laughing matter and apparently is significant enough that some law folks are trying to make some money off of it. I have a friend who experienced this side effect while taking the med for morning sickness. So it is a REAL side effect. ANYWAY...my eye has been twitching ALL day. I asked my partner at work if he thought I was having the side effect or if I'm losing my mind. He laughed at me and said it is probably stress...or fatigue...which I have both! So, now that I can think past the nausea I can stress about uncontrollable, random arm flailings. Let me know if you see me doing that...I'll need to stop the medicine!! LOL!
